WHAT PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

 All artworks are printed with high quality inks on 310gsm premium velvety smooth paper with a fine surface texture. The paper is Acid free, calcium carbonate buffered and archival museum grade.

 The colours of the art may vary slightly from the colours seen on the screen and any watermarks will not appear on the final artwork.

HOW IS THE ARTWORK PRINTED AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE?

All our artworks are printed in Australia and will be delivered to you straight from the printing company. The printing company determines when prints are dispatched (which is usually between 2-6 days). Express shipping only speeds up the shipping time, not the printing time.

The only way we can operate our notification system is for the shipping confirmation order to be sent to you at the time the order is placed with the printers.

DOES THE ARTWORK COME IN A FRAME?

All art is supplied unframed. We choose not to ship framed artwork as it is a lot more expensive for the buyer and also quite a risky process. We do recommend, however that you support your local framer! It can be fun to work together with them to pick out a special frame perfect for your artwork and also support a local business.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help with the framing process. Our printers also do offer framed prints if you would like to organise that through us.
